TheWorkSite.org is a free, online resource center that provides downloadable and adaptable tips, samples, templates, and other useful tools for grassroots education and organizing. The site makes it possible to build on others' experiences and best practices and not have to reinvent the wheel. You can also sign up for our free emailed bulletin, World Wide Work, that alerts you 8 times per year to new books, films, music, and web sites.
4. ZINN EDUCATION PROJECT
The Zinn Education Project promotes and supports the use of Howard Zinn’s best-selling book A People’s History of the United States and other materials for teaching a people’s history in middle and high school classrooms across the country. The Zinn Education Project is coordinated by two non-profit organizations, Rethinking Schools and Teaching for Change.
